- Lease plus+ is a lease regime that is financially advantageous and safe for the landlord and fair for the tenant.
- The landlord's goal is for the lease to bring the highest possible yield, have a reliable tenant and avoid damage caused by choosing an unsuitable tenant. Our real estate agency will provide you with a helping hand in this.
- The tenant's goal is to find a suitable property with variable conditions during the lease period, a fair settlement of the deposit after the lease ends, support in solving problems or in the event of unwanted early termination of the lease. In the case of foreigners, this includes documenting residence in the place of rental for the alien police, and language support, which we can provide you with.
