Pricelist

All prices are without VAT. VAT will be added to the final price in accordance with applicable legislation.

1. Consultation

First consultation FREE initial consultation in the range of 1 hour.
Each additional hour 50 €
Elaboration of a price assessment, Elaboration of a price evaluation for the purpose of inheritance proceedings, settlement of BSM, settlement of joint ownership or just evaluation of the property before sale.  €100 in the scope of 1 cadastral territory (max. 5 properties) *
Property audit, Elaboration of a report that includes a list of real estate (LV), plotting the location (geomap), description of the state of the real estate for a specific owner.  €100 in the scope of 1 cadastral territory (max. 5 properties) *
* Individual price agreement above the specified quantity and in the case of specific properties

2. Commission for sale of real estate:

PRICE OF PROPERTY:  AMOUNT OF COMMISSION
up to  10.000 EUR 6% of the purchase price (possibly by agreement)
up to  49.999 EUR 5% of the purchase price (minimum EUR 1,700)
from 50.000 to 999.999 EUR 4% of the purchase price (minimum EUR 2,000)
od 1.000.000 EUR 3% of the purchase price (possibly by agreement)

3. Commission for sale of real estate in Austria:

3% of the purchase price + VAT in accordance with applicable legislation

4. Buyer assistance

PRICE OF PROPERTY:  AMOUNT OF COMMISSION
up to 49.999 EUR 5% of the purchase price (minimum EUR 500)
over 50.000 EUR 2,5 %  of the purchase price (minimum 1.250 EUR)

5. Commission for mediation of the Legal Service and Cadastral Activities

The stated price is valid if the intermediary does not recruit and offer real estate, but only provides the services of preparation of a legal contract and support for cadastral processing (the seller and the buyer contact the RK). The price does not include administrative fees or legalization of signatures.

PRICE OF PROPERTY: AMOUNT OF COMMISSION
up to 49.999 EUR 2% of the purchase price (minimum EUR 700)
over 50.000 2.5% of the purchase price (minimum EUR 1,000)

6. Commission for Rental services related to mediation of rental:

Ways of charging the commission:

  • 1 month's rent is charged, which is paid by the seller. However, at least EUR 350.
  • 1 month's rent is charged by agreement in the ratio of 50:50 Landlord: Tenant. However, this fact must be mentioned in the advertisement so that the potential applicant is informed in advance.
  • Tenant assistance: 1 month's rent is charged. However, at least EUR 350.

7. Property management

In case the property owner is abroad or does not want to communicate with the tenant directly, we offer the property management service. Property management includes communication with the tenant, administrator, media suppliers, mediation of minor repairs by professional firms etc.

1 month's rent without utilities

In the case of consultations or submission of applications or tax returns, you can also be billed for services according to the price for the consultation, i.e. 50 EUR/ 1 hour. If you are interested in this service, we can prepare a price offer based on your requirements!

8. Individual services and actions

We send the price list for individual services to clients upon request.

The mentioned price list covers the reimbursement of costs associated with the performance of a specific action. The price list also serves to determine the costs of canceling contracted services.
